All Saints’ is a friendly, welcoming church with a supportive and appreciative congregation and ministry team. Our Parish Administrator's duties will include dealing with all manner of enquiries from members of the public and directing them as appropriate. You will handle bookings for the church centre and maintain the online and office diaries. The role includes liaising with families in relation to weddings, baptisms and funerals and need therefore to demonstrate a compassionate manner. 

You will need to have good IT experience, a high standard of literacy and work with accuracy. The role also requires excellent, collaborative, communication skills.

The job is for 6 hours per week and will pay £11.20 per hour with paid holiday entitlement.  There is flexibility in hours of work and whether working at home or at the church.

Closing date 14 August, interviews on 18 August, for anticipated start 5 September 2022. (Temporary - for one year in the first instance)
