Music
If you are interested in joining any of the music groups at All Saints’, or would like to find out more, please get in touch.
All Saints' Band
The All Saints’ Band is a group of musicians who enjoy playing some of the more modern worship music. We play for the monthly Worship Together service, and we meet to practise beforehand. We also meet to try out new music from time to time. We welcome anyone who would like to join us.
All Saints’ Choir
The Choir leads the singing at all our 10.30 am Sunday Services in the church, and we also sing for special occasions and for weddings. We meet for rehearsals in the Church on Monday evenings during term time, between 7.30 pm and 8.45 pm. Anyone between the ages of 5 and 95 who enjoys singing is welcome to join us!
All Saints’ Orchestra
All Saints’ Orchestra meets monthly on a Saturday morning in the Hall of the Church Centre, from 9.30 am to around 11.15 am, with time for a short coffee break. We play music of moderate difficulty in all styles, and aim to play it well. We have more than 30 members and are often looking for additional musicians.
Bell Ringers
The All Saints’ Guild of Bell Ringers meets to ring twice on a Sunday, between 9.45 am and 10.25 am, and between 5.45 pm and 6.25 pm. We also have a weekly practice on a Monday evening between 7.30 pm and 9.00 pm. The present band covers a wide range of ages and ringing experience, and we are always looking for new recruits, both experienced ringers and those wishing to learn.
